Job description
Fresenius Medical Care in Georgia seeks a Clinical Manager to lead daily dialysis facility operations, ensure cost-effective service delivery, and provide high‑quality patient care from admission through discharge.
You will mentor and coach staff, partner with the Medical Director, HR, Quality, and Technical Services, oversee the Home Therapies program, ICD coding, regulatory surveys, payroll, and budget to meet KPIs while fostering a culture of CQI and professional growth.
