Job description
Fresenius Medical Care in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead daily operations and ensure high-quality patient care in our dialysis facility.
You will oversee staff, coordinate care from admission to discharge, manage budgets, and drive CQI initiatives in partnership with Medical Director and Charge RN.
This role offers growth through our Clinical Leadership Program and opportunities to advance to senior operations roles.
