Job description
Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Clinical Manager to oversee clinic operations and ensure quality patient care in our California dialysis facility. You will lead a collaborative team, manage resources, and drive adherence to clinical standards while supporting staff development and patient outcomes.
You will participate in a leadership program and have opportunities to advance to Area Team Lead or Director of Operations, contributing to compliance and service excellence for ESRD/CKD patients.
