Job description
Fresenius Medical Care AG in Lansing, MI is seeking a Dialysis Clinical Manager RN to lead daily operations, ensure high quality patient care, and manage staff and resources. You will coordinate with the Medical Director, oversee schedules and training, and drive CQI initiatives in a busy dialysis center.
As clinic leader you will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain patient flow, and support staff development in a collaborative team environment.
