Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead daily operations of the dialysis facility and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.
You will partner with the Medical Director and RN leadership to manage staff, schedules, training, and regulatory compliance while driving CQI initiatives and patient satisfaction in a busy nephrology clinic.
Join a collaborative team and participate in leadership development programs to advance to Area Team Lead or Director of Operations.
