Job description
Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Leader for the Seneca Ridge Dialysis unit in Irondequoit, NY. The role oversees nursing staff, coordinates patient care and ensures quality outcomes in a busy dialysis setting.
You will lead the nursing team, perform assessments, develop plans of care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient experience and safety. A RN license in NY and BLS are required; Bachelor’s in Nursing is preferred.
