Job description
U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Clinical Specialist to oversee safe, compliant in-center hemodialysis care across a geographic region. You will monitor patient outcomes and adherence to CMS/state standards and lead quality initiatives to improve safety and outcomes.
You will educate staff, support competency development, and collaborate with Home Therapies to align policies across modalities, ensuring continuous improvement across clinics.
