Job description
Satellite Healthcare seeks a Medical Social Worker to educate patients with kidney disease on treatment choices to improve quality of life. The role supports patients' social and emotional well-being and conducts psychosocial assessments as part of care planning with the care team.
The position requires an MSW from an accredited CSWE program; LCSW/ACSW is preferred (CA) with LMSW/Licensure in licensure states (TX, TN). Experience in healthcare settings is valued.
