Job description
Ennoble Care in Pensacola, FL seeks an experienced Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to deliver primary and palliative dialysis care in DaVita facilities on a full-time basis. You will work under physician supervision and care for patients with chronic conditions who require home-visit style services.
Key duties include physical exams, care plans, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and collaborating with the clinical team to coordinate patient-centered care.
