Job description
Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team in a sub-acute dialysis program within a skilled nursing facility. The role supervises dialysis care, ensures compliance with policies, and collaborates with the hemodialysis team.
You will provide direct hemodialysis care, educate patients, supervise technicians, monitor treatments, document interventions, and maintain safety and regulatory standards.
