Job description
Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will supervise dialysis care, work hands-on, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Responsibilities include direct patient care, education on renal health, supervising dialysis technicians, coordinating with physicians, documenting care and outcomes, and maintaining EMRs.
