Job description
Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team. The Nurse supervises dialysis care, adheres to policy and regulatory standards, and collaborates with the hemodialysis team to deliver safe patient care.
You will supervise dialysis technicians, provide hands-on patient care, monitor responses, document care plans, and ensure compliance with clinical standards in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
