Job description
Concerto Renal Services in Texas is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team. The Dialysis Nurse supervises dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure and training while complying with state and federal regulations, and works collaboratively with the hemodialysis healthcare team.
You will provide direct hemodialysis care, educate patients on renal health, monitor treatments, document interventions, and help coordinate care with physicians to ensure continuity and high-quality outcomes.
