Job description
Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team in a sub-acute hemodialysis program within a skilled nursing or long-term care facility. The nurse will supervise dialysis care, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, and foster a hands-on team approach to patient care.
You will perform direct hemodialysis, supervise dialysis technicians, monitor treatments, document outcomes, and collaborate with physicians to coordinate care.
