Job description
Concerto Renal Services in Missouri is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to supervise dialysis care and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. You will lead the hemodialysis team, work hands-on with patients, and promote high-quality, patient-centered care.
You will provide direct hemodialysis care, perform assessments, educate patients on renal health and treatment, coordinate with physicians, and maintain accurate EMR documentation while upholding safety standards.
