Job description
Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to supervise dialysis care in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting, ensuring policy adherence and regulatory compliance while leading the unit with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
You will provide direct hemodialysis care, monitor patient responses, educate patients on renal health and self-care, and document interventions to support safe, effective treatment alongside physicians and the healthcare team.
