Job description
Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join our team and oversee dialysis care in a compliant, patient-centered environment. You will supervise the unit, mentor dialysis technicians, and foster a hands-on, collaborative approach to care.
In this role, you will provide direct hemodialysis, monitor patient responses, document interventions, and coordinate with physicians to ensure safety and continuity of treatment in a fast-paced clinical setting.
