Job description
Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to supervise dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure and training, and in compliance with state and federal regulations. You will oversee the unit, work with the hemodialysis team, and ensure patient safety.
The role focuses on direct patient care, education, documentation, and collaborative care with physicians to maintain optimal treatment outcomes in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
