Job description
Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join our team. The Dialysis Nurse supervises dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure and state/federal regulations, ensuring high-quality patient care in a sub-acute setting.
You will provide direct hemodialysis, educate patients, and collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate treatment and document outcomes with accuracy and professionalism.
