Job description
Concerto Renal Services in Missouri is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team. The Dialysis Nurse supervises care in accordance with policy, procedure and training, and collaborates with the hemodialysis team to ensure high-quality patient care.
You will provide direct patient care, educate patients on renal health, monitor treatments and documentation, and coordinate with physicians to ensure continuity of care in a facility-based setting.
