Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP 1 track at Southington, CT. The role focuses on assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned patient group within the ESKD care team.
You will coordinate care with RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians, provide patient education, administer medications and support CAP advancement.
