Job description
Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to supervise dialysis care within a skilled nursing or long-term care facility. You will oversee the unit, work hands-on with patients, and collaborate with the hemodialysis team to ensure compliant, high-quality care.
You will educate patients, monitor responses to dialysis, and support physicians in coordinating treatment while maintaining accurate documentation and safety protocols.
