Job description
Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. You will supervise dialysis care, work with the hemodialysis team, and ensure compliance with policy and regulations.
You will provide direct hemodialysis care, perform assessments, document care plans, and mentor dialysis technicians while maintaining patient safety and quality outcomes.
