Job description
Concerto Renal Services in Oklahoma is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team. You will supervise dialysis care, ensure compliance with policy and regulations, and collaborate with the hemodialysis team to deliver high-quality patient care.
You will provide direct hemodialysis care, conduct assessments, educate patients on renal health and self-care, supervise dialysis technicians, monitor treatment responses, document interventions, and participate in care planning with physicians.
