Job description
Concerto Renal Services in Missouri is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to supervise dialysis care in accordance with policy and training, and to work collaboratively with the hemodialysis healthcare team to ensure high standards of patient safety and care.
You will provide direct hemodialysis care, educate patients on renal health, supervise dialysis technicians, monitor treatment responses, and maintain thorough documentation while coordinating with physicians for continuity of care.
