Job description
Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team in a sub-acute hemodialysis setting within a skilled nursing facility. The nurse will supervise dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure and training, and will work collaboratively with the hemodialysis team to ensure high-quality patient care.
