Job description
Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team in a skilled nursing and long‑term care setting. The Dialysis Nurse supervises dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure and state and federal regulations, while taking a hands-on role within the hemodialysis health care team.
You will provide direct hemodialysis care, perform patient assessments, educate patients on renal health and self‑care, and coordinate with physicians to ensure continuity of treatment.
