Job description
Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team in providing direct hemodialysis care, patient education, and supervision of dialysis technicians in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
You will monitor treatment, adjust care plans as needed, document interventions, and collaborate with physicians to ensure safe, compliant care for patients with end-stage renal disease.
