Job description
Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team within a sub-acute dialysis program at a skilled nursing and/or long-term care facility. The nurse will supervise dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure and training and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
The role involves direct patient care, supervision of dialysis technicians, treatment monitoring, collaboration with physicians, and accurate documentation to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
