Job description
Fresenius Medical Care outpatient RN CAP 2 is responsible for the provision and coordination of clinically competent care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned group of patients undergoing hemodialysis. The role may delegate tasks to RN, LVN/LPN, and Patient Care Technicians, while supporting education, leadership, and quality improvement at the facility level.
