Job description
Fresenius Kidney Care in the outpatient setting seeks an RN CAP 2 to coordinate care within the ESKD team. Entry into the Clinical Advancement Program may occur on qualification and performance, with opportunities to lead and mentor.
You will participate in patient assessment, planning and education, and contribute to quality improvement while delivering safe hemodialysis care and collaborating with physicians and staff.
