Job description
Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to supervise dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure and training and in compliance with state and federal regulations. You will lead the dialysis team, provide hands-on patient care, and ensure safety and quality of care in our skilled nursing/long-term care settings.
The role focuses on patient care, team leadership, documentation, and collaboration with physicians to maintain optimal treatment outcomes in a centralized care model.
