Job description
Concerto Renal Services seeks a Dialysis Nurse to supervise dialysis care in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. You will lead the team, provide direct patient care, educate patients on renal health, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Work closely with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate treatment, monitor patient responses, document interventions, and maintain accurate electronic medical records, with a focus on safety and quality of care.
