Job description
Fresenius Medical Care in South Haven, MI, seeks an entry-level RN to join the Outpatient CAP program. This role supports growth through education and increasing responsibility within a patient cohort undergoing routine hemodialysis.
You will assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care, document findings, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the health care team to ensure safe dialysis delivery. A valid RN license and CPR/BLS certification are required.
