Job description
Fresenius Medical Care in Minnesota seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse in the Outpatient CAP1 program. The role provides coordinated, clinically competent care for an assigned patient group, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation during hemodialysis.
You will collaborate with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians, participate in team education, and ensure adherence to policy, procedures, and regulations while supporting quality outcomes.
