Job description
Fresenius Kidney Care in the United States seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse for the CAP program. The RN CAP 1 will coordinate and provide clinically competent care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned patient group within the End Stage Kidney Disease team.
Collaboration with RNs, LVN/LPNs and PCTs is expected. The role supports decision-making, teaching, leadership, and quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and facility operations.
