Job description
CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients, including education and collaboration with the health care team.
The role involves monitoring during hemodialysis, administering medications, and contributing to quality improvement and transplant discussions.
