Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse to join the Outpatient CAP 1 program, coordinating care for dialysis patients and advancing through CAP requirements.
Under supervision, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, document data, and educate patients and families while supporting safe hemodialysis delivery and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
