Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Outpatient RN CAP 2 in Creve Coeur, MO. This entry-level CAP2 role supports the Clinical Advancement Program, coordinating care for an assigned patient group and guiding direct care staff as needed.

The RN will perform assessments, plan and evaluate care, participate in quality improvement, and provide education to patients and families while adhering to nursing policies and state/federal regulations.
