Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level professional registered nurse for the Outpatient CAP 1 program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients undergoing hemodialysis, including assessment, planning, and evaluation.
Under supervision, you will collect data, adjust treatment plans, educate patients and families, administer medications, and support the care team to ensure safe and effective dialysis delivery.
