Job description
Fresenius Medical Care in Bakersfield, CA, seeks an entry level RN CAP 1 to join the Clinical Advancement Program. The role covers assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned patient group, with possible delegation to PCTs, LVNs/LPNs, and RNs.
You will collect and analyze data around hemodialysis, educate patients and families, administer medications, respond to emergencies, and contribute to quality improvement within the End Stage Kidney Disease team.
