Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an RN CAP 2 for our outpatient dialysis program. The nurse will assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care for assigned patients, coordinating with RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians.
The role emphasizes teaching, leadership, and quality improvement within the End Stage Kidney Disease care team. The RN CAP 2 may be entry level into the Clinical Advancement Program, with opportunities for growth through CAP requirements and structured mentorship.
