Job description
Fresenius Medical Care in Fremont, CA is seeking an entry level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP track. This role provides and coordinates clinically competent care for an assigned patient group, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation, in collaboration with the End Stage Kidney Disease care team.
You will support education, safety and quality initiatives, supervise or delegate tasks to PCTs, LVNs/LPNs, and other staff, and participate in training.
