Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Dialysis Program Manager to lead our inpatient rehabilitation dialysis services. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and quality initiatives while ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. You will collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary rehab team to coordinate dialysis treatments, optimize patient outcomes, and support safe transitions of care. The manager will monitor performance metrics, manage budgets and vendors, drive continuous improvement, and mentor clinical staff in our patient-centered, team-oriented environment.
