Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Quality Improvement Leader in the U.S. Northeast region to drive data-driven CQI initiatives across dialysis facilities.
The role requires clinical leadership, RN licensure, and a strong track record in improving patient outcomes through quality programs. You will mentor teams, analyze data, and collaborate with the Clinical Quality leadership to align with CMS conditions of coverage and corporate policies.
