Overview
Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is recruiting Registered Nurses to provide specialized nursing care in our in‑center hemodialysis units. DCI is a nonprofit dedicated to individualized patient care in chronic kidney disease. The role supports patient care and offers paid training, competitive pay, and a strong culture.
Schedule
Full‑time, four 10‑hour shifts starting at 5:30 am; Sundays off; no overnight shifts.
Compensation
Pay ranges from $35 – $39 per hour, based on nursing and dialysis experience.

Responsibilities
Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and supplies, ensuring quality standards
Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching
Monitor patients during dialysis, assess and communicate changes with physicians and families
Administer and chart all prescribed medications
Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews
Document patient education efforts
Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
Assist in medication inventory maintenance
Lead a small patient care team
Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
Perform additional tasks as requested
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated clinical excellence
Desire to collaborate with care teams
Strong problem‑solving ability
Education/Training
Accredited nursing degree required
Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available
3‑month comprehensive training including classroom and skills sessions
