Job description
Outpatient Registered Nurse at Fresenius Medical Care, a global leader in kidney care. Provide safe, patient-centered dialysis treatments, monitor clinical status, administer medications, and respond to complications. Perform patient assessments, create and update care plans, and educate patients and families on kidney disease, vascular access, and home/in-center therapies. Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory and infection control compliance, and document accurately in EMR.
