Job description
Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team. The Dialysis Nurse supervises dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure and training and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Assures responsibility for the unit and works collaboratively with the hemodialysis healthcare team. The role focuses on patient care, team leadership, monitoring treatment, and documentation, with a hands-on approach to support quality dialysis in a skilled nursing or long-term
