Job description
Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team in a sub-acute hemodialysis setting within a skilled nursing facility. The nurse will supervise dialysis care and work collaboratively with the team.
You will provide direct hemodialysis care, educate patients on renal health, monitor treatment, and ensure compliant documentation and safety.
