Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a professional registered nurse for the Outpatient RN CAP 2 track to provide comprehensive nephrology care in an outpatient setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for a designated group of dialysis patients.
You will educate patients and families, administer medications as prescribed, participate in emergency responses, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance with policies and state regulations.
